1. What we collect

You provide us information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, if you contact us on the website. Our chrome extensions attempts to retrieve the signed in email inside the Chrome Browser when synced for verification purpose – the chrome extension does not handle any personal data. All data will not be stored in any shape, form or being offloaded as descriped in section 10.

By giving us such information, you will need to consent to our using it in the manner described in this policy.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us at support@FindThatEmail.io. We will return or destroy your personal information within five days of receipt of your withdrawal of consent. Cookie information, pages you have requested and your IP address may also be recorded by us and/or third parties from your browser as set out in this policy.

2. What we do with the information we gather from the website

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service in accordance with any applicable law (including the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016), and in particular for the following reasons:

3. Subscriptions

Subscribing to one of our plans requires information from you to Google Pay or Stripe. You must provide contact information (like name and billing address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is only used for billing purposes and to fill your orders.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

5. Payment details

Your payment information (Credit card number, security code …) is never stored in our servers, we use a third party service called Google Pay (pay.google.com) and Stripe (stripe.com) to handle all the payment process. During a payment process, your payment information is encrypted and processed by Google or Stripe servers which ensure a high level of security and data protection.

6. Chrome Extensions

The chrome extensions does NOT handle any of your personal data. All data collected by the extractor will NOT be stored locally on the computer where you install the extractor extension. The extractor will NOT attempt to offload, distribute, broadcast, sell or in any way share collected data. We designed Find That Email.io with the privacy of the user’s data in mind.

7. Links

Our website may contain links to enable you to visit other websites of interest easily. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

8. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

Please contact support@FindThatEmail.io to get your Data Processing Addendum (DPA) related to your company. We will send you the DPA and we will ask you to sign it and send it back.

9. Changes to this privacy policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page. The User’s Personal Data may be used for legal purposes by the Data Controller, in Court or in the stages leading to possible legal action arising from improper use of this Application or the related services. The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to reveal personal data upon request of public authorities. Additional information about User’s Personal Data In addition to the information contained in this privacy policy, this Application may provide the User with additional and contextual information concerning particular services or the collection and processing of Personal Data upon request.
